More power to you Mark, especially on the easter thing and the potato bake.

But I query this: number one wife? Should we infer from this you are making plans for number two????

as we are all aware, a good wife is more precious than rubies, so two would be far better yes? ( cmon i may be nuts but i am not yet stark raving mad hehe)
i also call her the child bride
why any man would want a second ( especially those who have managed to get rid of the first) is beyond me haha

I have clients who have gone for number 3..... I am sure you could write a thesis on it - probably someone already has.. "Suckers for punishment" or something along those lines....

Hey I am a number 2 wife and I resemble that remark! And as a side note, it is not always plain sailing being a number 2 wife either, you sometimes find yourself being unfairly punished for the sins of number 1!!!!

And I think I'll just tip-toe around the multiple wives thingy. Some of us never learn! I've been married 41 years now!

Your wife is obviously a wise woman, and you should definitely do exactly what she tells you, you then can't go wrong

A bit of philosophy
i believe that life is a game
we all play our own game and we all play for points
sometimes we forget the rules of our own game (our beleif system)
and find that we are not winning the game. We get sad or angry, sometimes we eat or drink too much.
In order to win the game we must understand and play by the rules
our beliefs are formed by our parents and society but more thanthat they are part of 2000years of judao-Christian ethic.it takes time and effort to change this weight of history. If it were easy to change we would have all done so yesterday
also it is not easy to stay changed. Remember, the price of liberty is eternal vigilance.

Happy Easter mcpsych. You are very deep but I ike your insights! Absolutely we are conditioned by our environment be it teacher / parent / partner. I like your comment "price of liberty is eternal vigilance" - for me that gives me the choice to be aware and make a personal choice based on what I want. period

Protein plum - ABSOLUTELY that counts as your luncheon protein. Eeeewwww - you didnt swallow it did you? I would have bought that back to the surface along with my yummy breakfast. Not worth thinking about.

Mmm - enjoy the rest of your day - maggot free ROFL

Well that sucks, but do you know what even sucks more, how come you can have plums and I can't, that is just wrong and so unfair. The best I can do right now is an apple and an orange a day (imported from the US at that!) Perhaps you should ring the clinic on Tuesday and ask if maggots are considered a deviation. A wonder if there is a calorie calculator out there that will tell you how many calories are in a maggot, might be something worth considering for your added protien when you are in refeed

p.s. I am not squemish either

Haha Mark - I DARE you to phone the clinic on Tuesday and ask if eating maggots counts as a deviation and then ask about some of the other weird queries about protein that might have been received...... hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe

Hope you chucked it, grabbed something else and enjoyed a choccie free Easter
