Glad the scales are moving for you. They always will eventually, just not when we expect them to. Well done!!

I've been pretty busy and not managed to get on here for a while. But managed to find five minutes today.

I was pretty happy with my 4 week weigh in, I managed 8.2kg for the month and that was with a deviation on Australia day. I didn't do too bad and got straight back to it the next day and was really pleased with myself.

Then this past weekend happened! I knew I was going to break big time, it was my Hens party! I don't regret it at all and had a fabulous time. I'm now back on track today and its head down again, I know it will take a bit to get back into it after the deviation, but I am aware so it should make it easier.

I was a touch hungover yesterday and feeling bloated when I saw a lady I know in the supermarket and she commented on how great I'm looking and that weight is dropping off me! It made me feel good, and really helps to kick the motivation back in!

Hopefully weigh in day on Wednesday wont suffer too much from all of the excess!!

Hi Whippy!! 8.2kgs is awesome and it's enough to make the difference that you and others notice. Aren't the comments (positive ones) from others so encouraging?

Sounds like your hens night was a good time. How long till you tie the knot?

Hope getting back on track has gone smooth!! It doesn't take long for the bloating to subside. Have a great weekend.

Wow - that's an amazing 4 week loss - well done.

Isn't it lovely when people recognize your weight loss - I think another thing we learn with cohens is accepting compliments - which for many of us is new and doesn't come easily.

All the best for the coming weeks - enjoy the preparations.
