That picture makes me want Zoodles again lol!

Also Babybear - The video of this lady turning a zucchini into epic noodles/pasta swayed me in like 5 seconds flat lol!

Makes courgettes/zuchinnis into noodles! Super awesome - I just have a fake betti whatever one that doesn't work very well, so I use a "julienne" slicer - the proper machines do a fantastic job. Way cheaper than enoki mushroom noodles!

Ahh, didn't go to the end of the thread, I see Babybear's question has been well answered!

For the South Africans here: http://www.yuppiechef.com/gefu.htm?i...ulienne-Slicer

It is actually pretty cheap compared to what eveyone is paying. I will be ordering mine asap!! And in South Africa it is free shipping!!!!! How cool is that!

Aww sadface. We will have to have a zoodle making party for you when it finally arrives! I have had good service from fishpond - but only because they told me it would arrive in 70 years, so I was happy when it only took 3 weeks.

Oooh, looks like it works just like the paderno one, but might be smaller (take up less space)....might have to see if I can source one - for like a Valentines day gift as I already got the Airfryer for Christmas....

Ok, so I've been totally ripped off the last 40+kg to have only just read about Zoodles! So how are they cooked best and what's the best machine?

My Paderno Spiral Slicer machine is quite large but it's quick and super easy to use so I'm happy with it. I'll either just fry up my zoodles or sometimes I'll throw them into some boiling water very briefly. Frying = more crunchy, boiling= more pasta-esque.

I love my betti bossi (also cos it's pink!)

I add zoodles to my omelette and just cook as per usual.

I find 'steaming' is the yummiest way... But I am LAZY so just add it to my 'meatloaf' meal and just mix it in.

I have now seen they have the very similar zoodle maker that I bought on Amazon now at Kogans. https://m.kogan.com/au/buy/3-1-veget...spiral-slicer/

FANKS! <3
Their correct name is Spiralizer Vegetable Slicer/Spiral Slicer, which can replace Mandoline to some extent. I like to use it to make zucchini noodles, and later I found that many people do the same! There are other vegetable noodles, which are very suitable for making it. It is a super convenient tool.
