4 week team challenge - under 35's v over 35's
A four week team challenge - mixing it up with the over 35's v the under 35's (i think this should be semi even) - thought that this would be good as it will mean that the teams are pretty even I hope please reply to this thread if you are interested. No need to state your age - just which category who fall into! |

I thought that if we could rally enough support today and tomorrow we could have start weights on sunday (19th)?

Re: 4 week team challenge - under 35's v over 35's
thanks for the luck Diane. I can't seem to concentrate on study!!!. Am finding that I am starting to get slightly hungrier now - plus, this is my last exam at melbourne uni for over 12 months - and I am heading off to Edinburgh for a year in 4 weeks - too much to be excited about!!!

Re: 4 week team challenge - under 35's v over 35's
Hi Kit,
Wow how exciting...........you have Scotish background don't you ??? Will you be working or travelling in Edinburgh ? What have you been studying ? Are you deferring for a year ? Maybe you should consider refeed with being hungry and so close to your goal... Cheers Di

Re: 4 week team challenge - under 35's v over 35's
thanks Di. I am going over to study for a year - so continuing my course overseas. However, am going to be traveling for 2 months prior. Am probably going to be starting re-feed in two weeks, regardless of how much I weigh. If I still need to loose more later, will go back on the program when I am settled in Edinburgh and not traveling.
very excited - should be good! |
