Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. Some of mine were a day or two either way - this week with no weight loss I have recorded what I measured friday instead of wednesday - Much more impressive - a pretty awesome loss in cm this week LOL Thanks AJ for making me look at this from a different angle. Thanks, Thinning (I refuse to call you Fatty). I struggled with putting my measurements up, but I do enjoy looking at the results of others, so thought I'd start a thread that would allow others to do comparisons all in the one spot.

I'm not as clever as you AJ with the cutting and the pasting and the spreadsheets and whatever else. I knew I shouldn't have dropped out of Computer Science when I was 15! So I'm keeping mine pretty simple.

Hi Loulou,
I used php code to sort it out (see your post above). For next weeks, maybe come back to that post above, click "Edit", and "Copy" that segment, INCLUDING the php and /php bits at the beginning and end. Then "Paste" that into next week's reply, add another line, spaced the same way, and it should all work. (Use Preview to see what it looks like without posting - then, once looking good, click on "Post"). It is far easier to read when aligned, isn't it? And a bit disappointing when you try to align it, then the software undoes all your work Keep smiling, Koh

As a newbie it is great to see everyones losses week by week. I see there is a degree of variation from one week to the next, now I know what to expect so I won't be so bummed if I have a slow week.

Hi
This is all really great and thanks for the contributors however is there anywhere on the forum where we can see average losses over time perhaps even including the % of weight to lose? I for one would find this immensely helpful |
