Is this allowed at anytime or only during meal 1, 2 or 3? Can we have this with our cracker snack?

Hey Tish
Just to be safe (until someone who really knows the answer replies) I would have it as part of my meal allowances - with meals.

So I could have a smaller piece of chicken and make up the rest of my protein with the cottage cheese (I have yoghurt for breakfast) ? Im a little confused here? My diet allows for cheese for breakfast (but I never eat cheese for breakfast) and for lunch.

No,

You can't mix types of proteins - you can have cheese as your protein OR chicken but not both. So if you wanted to have this garlic bread you could have it with a chicken meal as a side dish.

Thanks. Now I understand. So each protein has to be eaten on its own. Will try some tonight.
