SAVINGS - FROM BETTER EATING WHILST ON COHEN'S

Just wondering what you are saving whilst on Cohen's - be it in money - cloths or other things.

I have found that my grocery bill dropped considerably after starting this program.

So many people ask me about Cohen's and then when I tell them the cost they look at me and ask - "what do you get for your money"

Has any one else found this when you tell people the price of the program ?

I also just read a tip about a person who has taken their Fast Food Money and invested the equivalent amount they were spending on fast food in shares and thought that is a good idea.

So what do you do with the savings you used to spend on foods like lollies and chips etc..

I haven't seen a big drop in the grocery bill as the fruit and vegi's here are pretty pricey. So I may be breaking even. I aslo didn't buy a lot of candy, chips or fast food so maybe that is why I don't see a big drop.

My grog bill for starters - and I no longer carry any money with me at all - and when travelling I always stopped and bought food about every two or three hours - usually about $20 a stop - a burger chips and a drink and a chocolate bar for when I got down the road. Now nothing at all spent. !!!!
