Default Can we mix fruits?

For example, could I use 1/2 orange in a recipe and then eat 1/2 portion of mango as dessert at the same meal?

You can even split them up completely, and eat your other 1/2 later... like as 'supper'

I've also got a separate question about fruits and that is the weight of them. One kiwi in Singapore weighs about 110g. The booklet says 160g is a kiwi. I can't be cutting up another 1/3 kiwi... it just doesn't make sense to me. Is it ok for me to just take the 110g kiwi or it will slow down weight loss?

Divine - you could choose to have fruits or crackers if you want. They are only mandatory for the first 10 days. The Golden Rule says "it is advisable to eat your fruit and crispbreads, however you do not have to eat your total allowance of fruit and crispbreads". I've going without fruit today because I haven't bought any!

Better to undereat your fruit and crispbread servings (after the first 10 days) than overeat!
