As we all know the benefits of Omega-3 rich Fish Oil but most of us donít know about the side effects of fish oil. Today we cover about fish oilís side effects so our valued readers come to know and can avoid over dose of fish oil.

We can obtain Fish by eating fish or by taking fish oil capsules. Fish that are especially rich in the beneficial oils known as omega-3 fatty acids include mackerel, herring, tuna, salmon, cod liver, whale blubber, and seal blubber. Two of the most important omega-3 fatty acids contained in fish oil are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Thanks for the useful post, I once took fish oil capsules when I was a kid but now I eat almonds and walnuts every morning
