Re: Water?
normal, it eases after a week or two when your body gets used to it.
Be careful going over 3 litres a day though (unless specifically told to by your clinic), it can make you dizzy and give you cramps etc, I know my program said 2-3L and I can't go over 3L without feeling sick. |

Extremely normal and one of the most important components to a successful Cohens' experience.

Re: Water?
Just think how clear your skin is going to be and how wonderful it is to clear out all those toxins in your system. I love water but try to limit it to 2 litres a day. Loo calls do get better and you feel amazing.

Re: Water?
I work for a beverage company and it is normal as everyone always has a drink (non alcoholic) in their hand. Now just need to keep those to water. As far as over three liters it is not healthy as strangely enough it can damage your kidneys, I spend time selling to the mines and they are huge on hydration but insist on an additive like a sports drink powder to avoid this.
