Hi Steffie,
You are doing a good thing, so hold on tight to that. As others have mentioned, some things can trip you up, so read a lot on here and learn of the "traps".... One major trap is thinking your weight will drop daily - it doesn't, and can even go up now and then, even when you are doing everything right.... Please don't fall into that trap. One of the good things seems to be "the feel of your clothes". Find something you loved to wear that just got a bit tight, and put it on perhaps once a week - that is a better guide even than the scales. And if you have any concerns about Cohens, share them here or in your diary. I won't say "good luck" 'cos you don't need luck. What I will say is "Go hard". Koh

Just a big happy hushpuppy I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~23.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !! |
