Hey there, i make mine up in the evening so by the morning there is no "fizz" left, i just give it a quick stir in before i drink it.. Hope this helps... maybe you could try both? Good luck

weigh your yoghurt and fruit at night. Cut it up and put it in the fridge. The juice will then come out of the fruit and you can mix it all into the yoghurt so it makes it nice and sweet.

I do it with kiwifruit (and in summer, stonefruit like nectarines) but any soft fruit would work - oranges etc.

This is a great way to do it for people who are struggling to get used to the taste of natural yoghurt

Some people find just adding some sweetener is enough.

Personally I think it is important to find a nice creamy yoghurt - not all natural yoghurts are the same and if I had not kept trying I would have given up on it. Now I enjoy it - even eat it plain if I have no fruit - and will continue with it in maintenance!
that also sounds nice... what yoghurt do you use?

one more is to drop the fizz all together and just put dissolved instant coffee and sweetner in your youghurt - yummy, creamy and a bit cheesecakey (well a Cohen's version anyway)

What great ideas! Thank you guys for sharing. I've been on Cohen's for 10 days now and was finding breakfast my biggest challenge. These ideas should keep me going for a while.

I am a huge fan of the stewed apple with cinnamon in my yoghurt.
I used to have blended kiwifruit, but stewed apple is way nicer!
I must try out this iced coffee though.....

Its not to everyones taste barbs!!!

I used only a small amount of flat sprite and extra coffee. couple of ice cubes and really enjoyed it.

May be an acquired Cohens taste!

Have to agree. Prefer to add the fruit.

Hi all, Im starting my program tomorrow and Im reading all your yummy recipes, when you say you add diet sprite to the yoghurt to sweeten it, how much do you use for 175grams of yoghurt?

I've never been one for cold coffee drinks, but I gave Belnatjas' Iced Coffee a try and I am addicted. So easy to make in the morning and tastes divine. On the weekends I have a kiwi fruit yoghurt, which is also yummy.

My favorite is blending the yogurt with half my mango allowance and some sweetner, its best blended with a bar mix, it makes the yogurt thick and creamy, best yogurt I've ever had even outside of Cohens, this works ok with apricots too when Mango's aren't availalble

I haven't tried the coffee smoothie idea yet, but i've just been mixing 1 tsp dissolved instant coffee and some dissolved sweetener tablets in my yog allowance and stirring it up and it's SO DELICIOUS! Thanks for the idea

Love these new idea's, especially the coffee one. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow, I wonder how it would go with diet coke instead of sprite, will let you all know.
