Re-feed is great
I started day 1 at 65.5k & this morning was 64.5k I am not sure how long you continue to lose. The bread at the moment is not a problem & is great to have as is the pineapple. My re-feed is for 16 days so I am looking forward to the last two days when they introduce biscuits & alcohol. Also looking forward to when I can have lamb & pork. |

Hi Adriana
There certainly is heaps of food towards the end of refeed. Dont worry, you will fit it all in,and I bet be quite amazed at your body manages to take it all and not put on weight. |

You're doing really well Adriana.. Mine was 15 days long & I pretty much lost weight right through.. I went up a little towards the end, but then it started to drop back down.. pretty amazing that we can eat so much & keep losing the way we do...

Day 7
Well we are at Day 7 & I can mix the old proteins so I am having steak & chicken for dinner tonight. Not sure I can manage all these extra vegitables as well.
My weight has not changed for the last couple of days 64.4kg which is great considering I am eating bread & extra fruit. Feeling great but a bit full Last edited by Adriana; 30-09-2008 at 19:00. Reason: Spelling error |

Hoping to join you soon, Adriana, but I think it will be in maintenance rather than refeed.

I hope you enjoyed the protein and the milk coffee, Adriana. I'm so looking forward to refeed, but want to finish this correctly after all the time I've put into it.

Well this is now day 13 and it is getting harder to eat the extra.
My weight in the last few days has gone up and down from 64.1kg now at 63.9kg. I can not believe I am still dropping weight and eating so much extra. Had butter on the toast this morning for the first time. The new protein and veg are great to have, also the carbs. Makes a lot of veg with your meals even splitting between lunch and dinner. If all goes well I should be finished re-feed on Saturday so keeping my fingers crossed. |

Hi Adriana
I just received my refeed today, I won't be going on to refeed for a while though, not hungry yet. I'm stunned by the amount of extra food there is towards the end. I'm happy to hear that you haven't put on any weight, very encouraging. x Loulou

Hi Jeanne
I know you will get your re-feed finished before the end of October. You have come so far & look just great. Let me know what date we are going to have our pamper day as our reward for all this great work. |

Well Day 15 has arrived & I weigh 64.2kg. There has not been a great increase so I should not have to go back & redo any days.
I have now got my maintenance & it is going to be great trying other foods & I hope they do not impact greatly on the weight. Will make sure I check it every day so there are no suprise increases. I am looking forward to my biscuit & drink tonight to celebrate getting this far. When I started at the end of March this year I did not think I could make it all the way to the end. It is a great feeling so for eveyone who thinks they can not YOU can just stay focussed it is worth the reward to your health & yourself. |

I have finished the re-feed & weigh 64.3kg so there was not much of a change considering all the extra food you get to eat.
Received my maintenance plan last week & need to have a good look at it to see what I need to do going forward. This is great knowing I have finished the whole program |
