Default 100% Cohens Challenge - Monday 6th Feb 2012 - Sunday 19th Feb 2012

Hi all, and congrats if you are claiming a dancing mango for the last fortnight

If you would like to join this fortnights challenge, add your name and I will type up a list You have until Thursday 9th Feb to sign up and you must have been deviation free since Monday 6th Feb, or you have to wait to join the next challenge..

Lets get those dancing mangoes

I'm out. Had to rush to town late last night as mum had taken ill so stayed the night with dad as he is unable to cope on his own due to age and ill health as well hence was unprepared for breakfast. I had an egg, a couple of crackers but could only find tomato in the fridge for veggie so i don't think my 1/2 tomato would have equal my 80g veggie allowance. Anyway all good with mum now and I am happy that I managed not to have a deviation last night (a drink was tempting though). Meals will be late today so hopefully I won't get too hungry as the day progresses.

Wishing everyone else a trouble free fortnight.

You made the BEST choice you could in an awkward situation. And did tried your hardest to fulfill your Cohen requirement. That (to me at least) is no deviation, but merely a stumble because of circumstance.

See, you hadn't PLANNED to eat less than your requirement, had you?

And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Thanks Koh and Cobie lee for your thoughts regarding my deviation. If it is okay with everyone else, then I would like to still be in as I didn't let this little stumble of circumstances deviate me in any other way.

Cassie, I'll just add u to this challenge.. next sunday is the end of the mango challenge, and on monday after if u are still D-free you add a dancing mango to ur sig.. a new challenge will start that monday..

Waterwise challenge ends today, a new one starts tomorrow.. Just write ur name in the challenge when I start a new thread, and how much water u will be drinking through the fortnight.at the end of the fortnight u get a waterwise thing to add to ur sig..
