I'm crackers :)
I went shopping today and for the first time compared crackers... Usually I stick with my blue saladas...but I thought that I would compare them to Kraft premium and there's a couple of major differences. First of all the Premiums have about 40% less salt than the saladas... Second the saladas have 10% total fat and the premiums have less than 2%.. We'll see over the next week or so if it makes any difference I guess.... What crackers do you use? and have you changed them in your journey? Inquiring minds want to know! Debs |

The green saladas have less fat but are drier, I prefer the light blue ones. Also, I like them cos of the salt. That might retain water, but I don't care, as it just tastes better. Also, I have loads of rice crackers cos I think 8 make up for 2 small squares of salada. I think I eat the saladas for the salt, really, cos I also drink loads, and if you have too little salt, it's not good either. In addition, fat doesn't make us fat. What's the diff in sugar/carbs?

I go for the full Kraft Original Premiums - theyare delicious. They are like chips to me. Saladas were too dry for me.
Not sure how they compare but i would be interested to know. I hope they are ok as I woudl hate to give them up. Kraft Premium Original Per 100 gr Energy 1910kj Protein 1.7g Fat Total - 3.4g Sat fat - 1.5g Carbs - 14.7g Sugar - less than 1g Sodium 176mg

I eat all of them ryvitas, saladas, premium, vita wheats. I got all types and divided them up into small bags with a variety of them so I just grab one each day

We have the Lite Premiums as they are less in kj than the full strength Premiums and Saladas. The full Premiums are yummier though, much softer and creamier.

I usually eat all my crackers.
We have the saltines here and I use the Kiebler Zesta brand they are always fresher than the others. pudge |

I love my vita-wheats - so nutty in the original flavour or so peppery with my prawns/fetta & tomato and salad greens.............MMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm!
