Do maintain water intake 1ltr/25kgs
Do maintain vitamin/mineral supplementation Do limit your intake of new veg and protein to no more than 25% of weekly intake Do limit your fruit Do limit your cheese Do excerise Do weigh Don't listen to the people (including yourself) who say "go on, you can have one now" or "one won't hurt". Stop it now. Don't put enough going back on the program Don't kid yourself it's finished.
