Cheap multi-vitamins!!!!!

Hi Everyone,

Thought I would share this little bit of valued information!

I found at home a little bottle of some very cheap multi-vitamins with less than 5mg of B6. I then proceeded to email the full list of ingredients (& weights/amounts/whatever they are) to the lovely ladies in the Brisbane clinic - and they were APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so thrilled to find out that they meet Dr Cohens guidelines, I just had to share.


The brand is Benifex and they come from - wait for it - ALDI. From memory (but don't quote me on this) they cost about $4 or $5 for a bottle of 60. The directions on the bottle say to take 2 per day, but for Cohens you just take one.

Hopefully this info will help out those who, like me, tend to be a bit financially challenged at times.

Vitamin B6 is 2mg! It was approved by my consultant in the Singapore clinic.

Got mine for about USD 25 for 500 tablets!

Is B6 not allowed for some reason (just curious)

The clinic ladies said that Dr Cohen requires the multi to have less than 5mg of B6. I think too much B6 increases appetite or something.
