Wonderful conversion tool Magenta! I have always wanted to know the difference particulalry with U.S. sizes. You know how all those Hollywood twits are frantically wanting to be a U.S. size zero and thanks to you i now know ..

U.S. size 0 = Australian size 4
U.S. size 2 = Australian size 6
U.S. size 4 = Australian size 8
U.S. size 6 = Australian size 10
U.S. size 8 = Australian size 12
U.S. size 10 = Australian size 14

That means i am an american size 4 as i am an australian size 8! Looks like i will never be the humble american size zero, tho as it equals an australian size 4! only aneroxics (or anorexic wannabees are that small surely!).

I thought size 0 was for babies under 12 mionths old.

I saw some show once, The Geek and the Babe, or something like that with models and men competing against each other, and one of the guys said, something like being an adult and a size 0 makes no sense, because it's saying you are a nothing!! I thought it was funny at the time, I still do.
