Hi Butterfly, I'm doing really well......but I'm one of those naughty types that just has to keep jumping on the scales!
I do best ,eating the same 3 daily meals, for almost an entire week.....my favorite lunch at present is Broccoli and cauliflower covered in cheese and microwaved soft ,then heaps of cracked pepper....What is everyone else eating? I love the mango smoothie for breakfast too. |

Just a big happy hushpuppy I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !! |

OMG..... I've been so busy reading the new weights carefully....and was bursting to start back again...... I thought I knew the shopping list off by heart!!! ........
I'm going to sit down now & read everything thoroughly. Just shows..... Stupid , stupid.... Oh well. I'll just "suck it up" and move on. |

Woops keep forgetting to check into this post, first week down 2.8. I'm sort of stuck at the moment, think its called comfort weight/Sitting on the fence or something like that. Hope it moves again before this challenge ends, but all good, no deviations at all.
A great idea to remind ourselve of our program foods/weight etc is to take a photo of your food list/weights etc on your iphone so you always have it with you. I refer to it often and no one knows what I'm doing. he he. |

I have just taken phone photos!... Great idea!
I'm down 3.2 kg since starting, so luckily my mistake hasn't had a negative result. I've been told no, for stevia, and don't understand why......one of my main complaints about this program is that certain things are not explained fully. I have a degree in science, so I'm sure I could follow Dr Cohens reasoning......it just feels so random sometimes.... I'm in a grumpy mood. I'll get back to work and try to change my mindset. One of my main complaints is the inconsistency with clinic advice.......mine says stevia is allowed and lets me use it the same way of other sweeteners.......very frustrating
