yummy tofu recipe
two perfect iceberg lettuce leaves 1/4 tomato mushroms all equal to your allowance, add other veg if you want firm tofu (allowance) 1. dice up all veges and tofu into little cubes, except the lettuce 2. sprinkle over salt and pepper, mixed dried herbs, garlic powder, a little chili powder (allowance) and any other flavouring 3. throw into hot pan that has been lightly sprayed with oil 4. mix it all around, pour on some balsamic until it lightly coats the bottom of the pan 5. flip it all around for about 5mins, letting it simmer to boil away some of the balsamic 6. tip contents of pan out into lettuce leaves, half and half, or double up lettuce leaves and put it all in one 7. ENJOY!! you could probably add a crispbread in there, but ive had my daily allowance so im just waiting a bit until i can have my last piece of fruit, after a really satisfying, hot and tasty tofu dinner.. yummmmmmo xxx |
