Second week weigh in. 86.3kg today. That is 1kg lost from last week and 2.6kg down. That's 4.4kg to go. Not looking good for me either. I need to lose 2.3kg a week for two weeks. The goal may have been a little high

Gayzin, that is definitely achievable as this week was a lower losing week for you. I was re-reading my programme today and it was saying to weigh yourself monthly as even some weeks you may not lose any. Disheartening but hopefully it will all even out.

Oh Julie I really hope you are right, I need a pick me up loss. I am starting to wonder what I am doing wrong ..... but I am 100% on plan grrrr drives me crazy!!! I say every morning "I should be like HisButterfly" be strong (less nosy) and weigh once a month lol.

I've just looked back on my post in here & realised that I missed out my first week weight loss; I started the day after this challenge was launched; so the edited version is..........
