Started Cohen on 26/08/2013
Hubby promised a trip to Mauritius when I reach 70kg... (will be delayed due to possible refeed (me) and rehab (hubby))
Reached lowest estimate of Spring challenge 2013 of losing 15kg on 6 November 2013. Now aiming for higher estimate of 20kg lost before end of challenge... Made the 80's on 15/11/2013

Week 1 - 11th September: 86.7kgs (-.500)

(done 10/6/13) 5th goal - 40 kilos lost and into the 90's! (done 8/7/13) 6th goal - 50 kilos gone and in the 80's! (done 28/8/13) 7th goal - 60 kilos lost and into the 70's!! (done 13/11/13) 8th goal 70 kilos gone and in the 60's!!! Bring on refeed I say....

Spring Challenge

Another slow week for me on the scales, but I think I am seeing cm losses (am having my measurements done in another two weeks). Have to make up some time this week as I have a dental appointment, so I am seriously considering having most of the week off the gym (shorter lunch breaks to make up the time)...even though I like the way I look in my black addidas tshirt now....

Boo about your slow loss this week Caz, but woah, what an awesome loss for last week!

Hope everyone else is doing well too!

Yay, broke the plateau! Am hoping I keep losing next week and don't plateau again. I was stuck on the same weight for about 11 days - annoying - but goes to show it always budges if you just stick with it.

I am joining up now and I started my COhens plan a day before Spring started so those are the weights I will be using! Am a bit behind on this but I am keen for the challenge anyway!!! Cant wait to reach that goal of 20kg!!!!

Goal starting weight: 103.6kg and by end of Spring I aiming to lose 20kg and weigh 85kg.
Week 1 - 1/9/13 Started @ 103.6 & Ended @ 100.8
Week 2 - 8/9/13 Started @ 100.3 & Ended @ 99.1
Week 3 - 14/9/13 Started @ 99.1 & Ended @ 97.8
Week 4 - 21/9/13 Started @ 97.8 & ........
