Update

Start: 1 June
Goal: 25 kgs in 15 weeks
Start weight 1 June: 92kg

Week 1 (8 June): 91.8kg (-200gm) haven't been doing well for the week, was on medication, had soup, crumpets and off plan food. Moved house part 1. Desperate for live to settle down a little to get things moving forward. At least it wasn't a gain.

Hey monsoon,
I lost 900 gm, was pretty happy with that.

I've been in melbourne for a few days, so ate completely off plan, will weigh in on sat though to be accountable.

This challenge has gone very quiet... has life taken over or like me, have people fallen off the wagon??
I'm not going to weigh weekly, it messes with my head far too much, I'm going to weigh every 4 weeks, I've highlighted my weigh in weeks.

Hows everyone going??

Week 1 - 31 May -83kg
Week 2 - 07 June
Week 3 - 14 June
Week 4 - 21 June - 85kgs!! Wow, completely the wrong way!! Only 1 way to fix it!!
Week 5 - 28 June
Week 6 - 05 July
Week 7 - 12 July
Week 8 - 19 July
Week 9 - 26 July
Week 10 - 02 August
Week 11 - 9 August
Week 12 - 16 August
Week 13 - 23 August

Thank you for popping in. I started the challenge with high hopes, but hit a bump or too. Ready now to get back to the challenge - even if it's a solo attempt; more of a way to track and stay self motivated.
