Default Spring into Spring Challenge !

Hey All!

Here in Australia winter is finally coming to an end and making way for spring... I'm hoping the sunny days will help motivate me to stay on track!

Anybody keen to join in a challenge?!?!

My aim is to lose 6kg in 6 weeks. Challenge will commence 25th of August, with weigh in every Monday morning (to help us stay focused over the weekends!). I will be using this thread to keep myself accountable but would love it if others were keen to join in the ride

START
Week 1 (25 Aug)
Week 2 (1st Sept)
Week 3 (8th Sept)
Week 4 (15th Sept)
Week 5 (22nd Sept)
Week 6 (29th Sept)
FINISH

Would love to have others join in!!! (Even if it's not quite spring in your neck of the world! )

Not long now till we get started folks!

Does anybody else have a goal amount they're wanting to lose within the 6wk period? Or is it more just to keep yourselves accountable? Just curious to see where people's mainframes are at 😊

Would like to lose 10kilos in that time - good thing is I just started on a new plan - it helps to do it with others that's why I want to join. Planning to be 80 kilo by end of September
Big goal that's motivating me

Hi All!

Greeni - I'm so happy people wanted to join! I know I definitely need the motivation ☺️

Well day one has started with a car accident 😭 and a weigh in of 60.5, 60 seems to be my body's 'memory' weight so will be interesting to see what (if any!) movement this week has in store! Haven't stuck to Cohen's for longer than...3 consecutive days in the past year so hope this challenge gets me back on track

Good morning Ladies! (It's only 10:30 in SA now)

I am so ready for this challenge! My weight is a little up this morning as I've taken the weekend 'off' (again!) knowing that we will be starting the challenge today.

Sorry to hear about your car accident Sally! We had a minor incident last week when a pedestrian jumped in front of our car in peak traffic! We were also pretty shook up, so I am sending good vibes your way...

Good Morning Challengers!

Well its officially the first day of spring here and so far its just rain, rain, rain doh!

Ok, so after a SPECTACULAR binge on Saturday evening (purely brought on by emotions Im noticing my triggers at least!), which consequently made me ill (and rightly so), I have still managed to squeeze in with a loss for week one Yahoo!

Week 1 (25 Aug) 60.5kg

Week 2 (1st Sept) 58.9kg (-1.6kg)

Week 3 (8th Sept)

Week 4 (15th Sept)

Week 5 (22nd Sept)

Week 6 (29th Sept)

Happy Cohening! (And sidenote to myself aiming for a much more controlled Week 2!)
