Default Refeed and weight loss

Happy Easter everyone....I hope that the Easter bunny found you and gave you a golden egg opposed to a yucky chocolate egg...
I would love an Easter egg right now...a Lindt bunny would go down so nicely right now, but alias as this is my first day of maintenance and working in China where they don't celebrate Easter so no Easter eggs around to tempt me I'm happy with a very sweet money reward from my wonderful husband to buy something special for myself to acknowledge my success on the programm once again....today 9weeks (including 19 days refeed) I'm 10.8kg lighter and feeling great...thanks once again to Dr Cohen and my ever so helpful and supportive husband ....

The first time around I lost a couple of kilos during refeed. This time only 900 grams.....with the biggest drop in weight being today after the largest food day on refeed yesterday??? I had so much food to get thru that I couldn't finish it all So up until this morning I'd only lost 500 grams in 19 days. But this morning 900 in total....(400grams overnight) believe me I'm not complaining about the loss just seemed strange
Is this "normal" ????
What was the average that you lost during refeed ?
Also at what point did you see the biggest drop in weight ?
I was so surprised this morning....the Easter bunny truly is magical.......hahahaha

Congratulations Di on reaching maintenance!!

Easter Bunny does bring nicer things than chocolate! I lost 1.5kg first time round on Refeed. Some people don't seem to lose much at all. Maybe your body likes the weight you are and has decided to stay there!

I kept loosing 300 to 500 the first time, this time round I was 4 kg lighter than the first time and I still kept loosing quite a bit at the start, and then slowed down to 100g a day....everyone is different. Well done Di on maintenance xxx

Zero. Start and end refeed was 54.9. Went down thru the 19 days to as low as 54.4kg I think it was. But ended up losing nothing

Thanks guys for your replies, I feel better now knowing that...
Sorry for not replying sooner, sometimes China just doesn't like certain sites and block me.....scary stuff....hahahaha ha

I'm doing well in maintenance land, finding a balance and if I feel wobbly I do a plan day with more veggies and it seems to work...

I have my very own easiyo yoghurt maker now guys...very excited, thanks for the help with that everyone...makes life easier for when I I don't feel like much to eat after teaching at night and didn't make dinner....

Hope that you all enjoyed your Easter....

Cheers
Di

Glad to hear on the easiyo front, hopefully will solve your brekky issues......a most important one for me as its far and above my fave meal of the day!!!!

Can't remember my exact loss on refeed, I think it was in the vicinity of up to a kilo......but I went on and lost another kilo in my first few weeks of maintenance.

Sounds strange I know, but I think it was a bit of settling my body went through to adjust to coming down off refeed quantities.....aside from the morning tea bikkies, I opted for no bad fruit, no carb serving, smaller protein quantities than end of refeed.....I stuck to original and good fruits, and crackers. Had bread most days though and unless it was TOM or I was retaining fluid for some other reason, then I tolerated a small amount of bread every day.....so far that extra kilo has managed to generally stay off......
