Tips
Been reading the tips & tricks and trying out a few, so I thought I would add a couple: 1. Instead of crushing crackers each time I need 1 (or 2) I checked the weight for 2, which I'm allowed a time and then crushed a whole pack. Now I just weigh out what I need - saves time. 2. My hubby & I used to love having a drink while making supper. Hard habit t lose! Now I ensure I drink all my water for the day & then have a can of Coke Lite as a "treat" when he's having a beer. 3. I have created a tracker, which I currently use daily. It records my weight (+ loss) amount of water, sleep, snacks, meals for that day. That way I'm able to track which works best ito less sleep, types of foods etc. For eg. I've found that cheese is a no-no for me. 4. Definitely, definitely buy the best quality you can afford. I find this makes all the difference to the taste of your food - also, try new recipes. There are some amazing ideas in the recipe section of the forum. Whenever I get tired of what I'm making, I try something new, usually works brilliantly Hope it helps someone a little Cheers Gayle Last edited by A Better Me; 02-03-2015 at 16:26. |
