My Red Wedding Dress

With the start of a new year I am starting a new goal ....

I have struggled over the past few weeks and have not followed the Cohen's lifestyle 100% ... lets say, I've been doing Cohen's 75% and picked on stuff 25%.

With the start of 2012 a new goal in my life begins.

Today I put on my wedding dress ( first time since we got married in 2007 ). And you are right, I couldn't get it done up. Well I struggled on the day to get it done up.

My new focus on my Cohen journey is to have this beautiful dress do up and fit me the way it should. My husband has taken some photos of me and I have attached them to my profile.What I'm going to do is put it on again in 2 weeks time. I will get Chris to take photos again for me to upload. I will continue to do this until it fits me. When it fits I will take a front view photo of my dress.

It would be great to have it fit properly for Valentines day ... I will make that my deadline.

I look forward to seeing the progress each fortnight - and I am sure you will succeed with your goal and be wearing that dress on Valentines night.

I have been thinking the same - I would like to fit into my wedding dress on our anniversary which is the end of April - 27 years but there has been no way for probably the last 25 years that I could have done the buttons up however if I can reach my goal maybe there may be a small chance of fitting if the body hasn't changed shape too much.

what a great incentive to work towards! I too have had trouble with the picking bit. I started taking extra chromium and I have found that this has helped get me on track. I am taking 2 a day as well as my vitamins to curb the cravings and since doing that I have been able to be 100% deviation free. It may help...........just a thought.

Maybe hang your dress somewhere that you see it every day, good motivation staring you right in the face!

This weekend I get to put my wedding dress on again. Wonder if I will be able to get it done up any further ?????

Well it's been two weeks since I last put up my first lot of photos of my wedding dress. How time flies.
Well I got my daughter to take some more photos and to my suprise you can see a slight change.
Can not wait for the next two weeks to go and see what the difference will be.

I got it done up, I got it done up ~ I can not believe it ~ I got it done up.....

It's still tight but I got it done up..... I will put it on again next fornight and it should fit more comfortablily. I have done some side/front on shots. They will be much better next time.

Oh, what a feeling!!!!! Congratulations on your success................does this program work.............proof is in the pudding aye!!! You are an inspiration to all of those out there struggling. Keep up the good work and you will have to buy a NEW dress because that one will be too loose. Go girl!
