April deviation free 8-21
I've put it up because I need it. I should start refeed very soon, and have deviated through it in the past - not good! So who would like to join me? No start weight needed, just stay on your program 100% and a cute, delish mango is yours! |

Currently week 4 (25th to 2nd March 2016) Start weight 156.5kg - 4/2/2016 Week 1 = 153.5kg (loss of 3kg) Week 2 = 150.9 (Loss of 2.6kg Total 5.6kg) Week 3 = 149.8 (Loss of 1.1kg Total 6.7kg) Week 4 = GOALS: 150kg (24/2/16) 145kg 140kg 135kg 130kg 125kg 120kg 115kg 110kg 105kg 100kg 95kg Oh my i reached my final Goal of 90kg |

I even have a real life mango here at home...I will think of this challenge whenever I'm eating it as part of my fruit allowance! Cool!

Im in too as winter is fastly cropping in I get more worried of how I will cope as winter has been the biggest culprit for me to gain weight but Im up for the challenge and this is new beginnings im doing it all differently

Just a bump to ask how you are all going???
I can't wait for my mango! *excitement* Found it hard drinking my water today...otherwise all good here with me...dinner was amazing! I love my plan foods at the moment! And really into my earl grey tea seeing as my lady grey tea is on the back burner until maintenance days! xo

Ej_nz, I love tea too! They reckon green tea and peppermint are helful with dropping faster, and there are health benefits to the too. I have my tea and coffee black now - don't think I could drink it with milk again!
I have my water warm with a slice of lemon - great as the weather cools My dinner should be ready now - chicken and salad. having salad cos I don't normally eat it in winter....which is coming all too soon! |

Yes I love peppermint tea too!! oh that's good to know about the weight loss benefits of it!
i know what you mean about salad in winter, although at the supermarket they had a lettuce for 69c, so I couldn't pass that up....steak and salad for the next few nights for me! I haven't tried steak in the morning for breakfast....now that would be interesting...maybe a little cumbersome for work mornings but maybe a good option for a cold sunday morning with a bit of tomato and mushroom?? Oh yum!!! xo

Next goal - 15 kg lost! I have terminal obesity. It's not going to go away. I have found a wonder drug that has controlled my condition and reduced it. Once I finish this treatment I will be in remission. I need to stay vigilant and make sure I don't lapse back into the old habits or else my condition will reappear. (Found in the GEM part of the forums - Love it!) |

How is everyone going on their deviation free April ?
This challenge is definitely in the front of my mind when i think about all the horrible (nice but not allowed) foods i could eat. Thank you for putting up the challenge. @ Wonder, i couldnt see it being a problem, just message NeverGiveUp to confirm

Hi there booboo!
going well here, good to have something to focus on with this challenge huh? Only 5 days to go for this one...will there be another one after ngu?? feeling tired today...I knew I should have had steak for breakfast...curses! No matter, my yoghurt was super delicious this morning....I could have kept on going! Hope everyone else is ticking along nicely. i found a recipe for maintenance for "kfc" style chicken, but made with yoghurt and cornflakes. you just marinade the skinless chicken breast/tenderloins in the yoghurt and roll in the crushed flakes and spices and then bake it. Sounds like a good alternative to the fried stuff! Even if it is just for a treat now and again...I am sure we could overhaul the potato and gravy and coleslaw too if we wanted to go all out. I think I would prefer my "kfc" baked anyways....
