Default Craving for food

Hi, do anyone experience not hungry but want to eat? How do you overcome that? I still got 3 kgs to go to achieving goal weight.

Haha me to!! Focus on your tummy and if you cant shift it, I drink a small portion of diet coke. Bad but the bubbles help
