Sounding good, and likely feeling pretty darn good too. ![]() Be sure to "tiptoe into maintenance" as others have suggested in the past. There is far too little time in Refeed to check out ALL foods that might trigger a weight gain, so just be mindful of everything you add over the next months. Keep a journal until you are well into maintenance, so you can check back if it seems like the wheels are falling off. Just a big happy hushpuppy ![]() I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !! |
