Cookies/Biscuits on Refeed
I've read through some refeed diaries, and I think it's the same as the much anticipated "biscuit" and that the Arnott Scotch Fingers are the preferred biscuit around here. Well, those aren't available here at all! I even tried online and World Market, and no such luck without paying a hefty price. We get Tim Tams though, but no Scotch Fingers. So I guess my question is, what "cookie"/biscuit did you all eat on refeed OTHER than Scotch Fingers? Consultant told me to eat "tea cookies" or "ginger cookies" and I don't think I'd LIKE ginger cookies and have been searching in vain for tea cookies. Shortbread cookies are a no-no because of too much butter. |

Re: Cookies/Biscuits on Refeed
Ooooh Arrowroot biscuits!!! YUM! Thanks Relles!
I figured out that I have the following possible cookies to choose from: 1. Arrowroot (we keep them in the car for the kiddies to snack on) 2. Ladyfingers 3. McVities Digestives (tea cookie? Where I bought it, there was a sign that says it's Prince William's fave tea cookie.) 4. Speculoos cookies |

Javanilla, it's probably too late, but scotch fingers are short bread cookies... I had them too and they sat well with me at refeed...
