Default Newbie Allowable Items

hi, seem to be going ok so far have dropped nearly 3 pant sizes in 5 weeks, however I'm trying to find out if, Diet Tonic Water is allowed (as it has No Sugar) and if Seaweed can eaten as part of the Vegetable allowance on Cohen?
Thanks in advance

If the DIET fizzy drink has no sugar AND no Caffeine it's okay. How much is up to your individual diet program. I was allowed up to 1 litre a day.

Regarding Seaweed, if it's not on your program spelled out then the answer is no. (It may well be on someone else's diet but if it's not on yours, then no.)

Hey BV..

Diet tonic water isn't on any list I've seen.. there's a list in your program book which tells you wish products you can have & how much of them (pg 11?).. You can contact your clinic if you want to get clarification.. sometimes new products are added after we receive our programs.

As SMS said, if seaweed isn't in your list of veggies in your program then you cant have it.. pretty much the same for anything.. if you cant see it written anywhere in your program then it's usually a no.

Hi, I just saw this old question. I asked my online support person, and dried seaweed is ok as a sprinkle...but NOT if it is dried with sugar and salt......so you have to read the packet really carefully. And a sprinkle does not mean 100g, just 1-2g!!!!!!!
