Yes, loving those bananas! Banana pancake, banana on toast, banana smoothies ... quite the treat vehicle! Happily mixing proteins too ... cheese and lamb, chicken and lamb, tofu and lamb (you might be getting the idea that I've missed having lamb). I'm at the end of day 12 of refeed, 1 kilo down from refeed start weight. 4 days to go. SUCH a feeling of achievement. Very grateful for this program.

Awesome Fflyer,
Sounding good, and likely feeling pretty darn good too. I hope the last few days go well too.

Be sure to "tiptoe into maintenance" as others have suggested in the past. There is far too little time in Refeed to check out ALL foods that might trigger a weight gain, so just be mindful of everything you add over the next months. Keep a journal until you are well into maintenance, so you can check back if it seems like the wheels are falling off.

I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed...
And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!
