New Challenge Anyone?? 10kg in 6 wks?
Although I am still on precohens for a couple more weeks I thought it would be good to keep me motivated. Plus keeps us honest! Anyone interested?? Suzie |

challenge 10kg in 6 weeks
Please count me in as of sat 19 July when I get back from skiing holiday. I was only checking out this thread yesterday and was hoping for a challenge or two.

Rue are you doing pre cohens at the moment? If you are we can start the challenge and Roxy can join us later. I am only doing pre cohens at the moment aswell but we can still lose weight doing that.

weigh days?
Okay so far we have.....
SuzieQ, Roxy, Tara and Rue for the challenge. I'm new to this so don't really know what the heck I'm doing . I guess everyone's weigh days will come to play in how this works so we'll figure it out as we go. How about we start with our last weigh in figures and update weekly, say on Sundays? So these are the start weights for our 6 week challenge, on Sunday if you get a chance let us know what you weigh in as.
Start Weights 6/7/08 Suzie 77.2kg Tara 104.5kg AmandaB 86.5kg Rue 67kg Stephanatelyb 87.5kg Roxy 92kg - starting 19/7 Sheree 98kg Let's do it!! Rue, if you haven't got your program yet you could try just cutting out your carbs and that would help get you started. No bread, rice, pasta, cakes, cookies etc that is easy to remember. Today 92kg for me and I will weigh again on 19/7 when i get back...oh dear lots of skiing and salad yummm.....NOT. It will be good to have this in the front of my mind while I am away.

I was wondering if it was to late to be included in the challenge. I have been on the program for 3 weeks and still learning how to find things in the forum. I can give your my results for last week if you want and I also weigh in on a monday morning. Also just wondering are we doing measurments as well or just weight ? Terri |

The more the merrier! I'm new as well, this is my 2nd week doing pre cohens, hopefully will join up and get my plan in a couple of weeks.
We could include measurements, if anyone doesn't want to though that's fine. Terri, just let us know what your weight last week was and then on Monday you can give us an update of your loss. It's only 1 day difference. Good to have you on board! Suzie |

My weight this morning was 76.2kg, 1kg loss. I was hoping for more...sniff, I feel I am retaining a lot of water this morning so maybe that has something to do with it. Got to be happy with any loss though.
