Deviation Free endurance
Ciors had a great idea to have a DF endurance. We need to show our interest by posting here. The DF start date is 19 January 2015 and will continue as long as possible. We all know being DF will benefit us so lets see how long we can go! Best of luck

That is awesome! I was DF for the first 11 weeks. And now for the last 2 weeks. But hang in there, I can really see huge changes in my body. I had to throw out ALL my clothes from my wardrobe today.
Not too sure what I will be wearing tomorrow??? But who cares? Keep Calm, right? |

Wow 11 weeks DF that is awesome. Congrats for that and also throwing out all your clothes that don't fit anymore.
Just hang out in the clothes you were born in. .. Show off your new body lol

Ok - my personal Deviation Free Endurance starts here! I've actually started on the 13th of Jan so my 10 day DF before refeed ends on Thursday, and I would like to start refeed on Friday, and complete it on the 20th of Feb - just in time for my wedding anniversary on the 26th!
