Smile Awaiting My Blood Result

Hello everybody!

I just had my blood drawn last Friday (I'm so lucky the lab is right beside my office here in Chicago). They received my results and will now analyze - Excited for my own plan.

I have been doing my friend's diet for the past two weeks, since it's not mine I am not taking it too seriously - but I am already seeing results. I have a bunch of questions that I hope you can answer.

1. Has anybody tried to do another person's diet?
2. How do I prepare myself while waiting for my own Eating Plan?
3. Should I stop my friend's diet (Cohen too) and just eat normally, so that I can enjoy anything I want before my actual program?

Thank you all in advance. Thank you also for inspiring me to go ahead and do the international program.

Dear Nlaroco,
I have never tried anyone elses plan but i do think it is good thing to start weening yourself off excess carbs and sugar before you start your own plan. Detox can be quite a trying time and it sounds like you may have detoxed over the last two weeks? which i think, can only be a good thing. Welcome aboard ZQ

Hiya Welcome to the forum.

I've never tried anyone else's diet either, but it seems you are in a good situation at the moment to avoid too many detox symptoms

Before i started I debated whether to go 'all out' & enjoy lots of food, but decided this was my 'old style of thinking' & it would only make my time on Cohen's longer. So cleaned up my diet & had a mild headache for 1 afternoon, & that was it!
I know someone else who had a lot of 'extras' & REALLY suffered for 4 days.

Up to you tho
