Blueberry Yoghurt
frozen blueberries yoghurt sweetener make sure the berries are frozen solid - I leave mine in the freezer overnight - blitz berries and sweetener in a blender ( I use my kenwood mini blender) don't add any liquid (stick blender doesn't really work as they just mush up and stick inside). Mix immediately into yoghurt. Just like icecream.
