Gelatin?

Does anyone know if we are allowed to use Gelatin on Cohens? I want to use it in my youghurt and see if I can make a youghurt/ cheesecake. Please help

mcpsych thanks. I googled it and its made from bone marrow etc of cows and sheep mostly protein.
