cooked vs raw ??
i think i have read someone say the cooked is like 20 % less than the raw but others said about 30 or 40 % so am not sure which is right |

Obviously it would depend on the length of cooking. The longer something is cooked the less remaining moisture content. Therefore, we should ALWAYS use the Cohen's guide of only using the raw weight (except for certain items on refeed) There's safety in rules.
