Rice Cakes for cracker allowance
Just a quick question regarding the cracker allowance - we are allowed 1 rice cake in place of 2 crackers right? But is that a thin or thick rice cake? Be great if someone could clear this up for me. Cheers, Em |

Hi,
We can have one plain, original non-wholemeal THIN rice cake in place of 2 crispbreads/crackers. Hence, on most programs this will mean a total of 2.5 thin rice cakes per day, spaced 2.5 hours apart. Hope this helps, Ruby

So on the cracker topic
So are one vita-wheat considered one vita-wheat or two. I am venturing into the extended cracker land and am aware that a ryvita and the rice cakes are 2 like the salada 4 squares. What about a vita-wheat are they 1 serve I don't want to assume.
