Starting up at Cohens Weight Loss
I'm new to this Forum. I was looking through all the threads and now I'm very overwhelmed with what foods you have to eat on the Cohens Weight Loss. I'm really scared that i will choke and not lose any weight. I'm really thinking about getting onto this Weight Loss program but think it will be too hard for me. Any opinions |

Sophie - one thing the program can promise is that if you stick to it, you will lose weight! You have read through the diaries and seen what others have achieved, there is absolutley no reason for you to be any different - there is only one secret, that is "follow the program!" Best of Luck

HI Sophie,
Welcome to the forum. Like you I also had a lot of concerns and thought I would not be able to do it. I have been on the programme about 5 months and you can see by my ticker how I am going. Last weekend went out in size 12 and 14 clothes and felt fantastic. I move easier, sleep better, breathe easier and look fantastic ( acccording to those who know me) The phrase 20 years younger has been used more than once by different people so I am listening. Only you can know how much this means to you. For me, after reading the forum for about a month I just woke up one morning and knew i could do it. I hope that happens for you to. Good luck with your decision. I have absolutely no regrets. Shanara

Hey Sophie,
I'm new also, and I thought I wasn't going to be able to do this. All the rules scared me, and I thought I'd never get past day 1. Well day 5 is coming to a close, i'm no longer hungry, and have found that it's easier to stick to than I thought. I've just tried to be as prepared as possible, and it's working out quite well. Good luck! |

Hi Sophie, I am like Doingitforme - only new (day 5 today) and other than the preparation I am finding it really easy so far. I find the rules easy to stick and with a few of the recipes I have found on this site and in the program book the food quite easy to manage. I haven't weighed myself yet but I am sure the scales will reward me for my good work when I do! Goodluck with your decision.
