Default does deviation too close to blood test affect refeed?

Hi everyone...

Firstly, sorry if this has been posted elsewhere.
I've been on the programme for 11 weeks now and deviated from it on weeks 9 and 10 (because of travel for work), though I tried my darndest to stay within Cohens limits. I went back on the programme immediately after coming back from my travels.
My question is, will this affect my blood test coming up in week 12 thus affecting my 'refeed' programme?
Thanks very much.

Hi Sasha...

I was petrified of accidentally deviating and it showing up on a blood test and affecting my refeed... but it isn't really the case.

Of course you should be 100% deviation free for the quickest results, but having a deviation show up won't ruin your refeed... the clinic might just tell you that you showed a deviation to let you know if you're doing something unintentionally.

Thanks lil_doll, good to know that. Was really worried that all that hard work would be for nothing because of me going crazy. But its been two weeks already and I've been exceptionally good! My blood test is next week.
Thank you!
