Place a fillet of salmon on a large sheet of tin foil. Put loads of chopped aromatic herbs dill, thyme, parsley on top with seasoning, add a dollop of butter, draw the tin foil up to form a sealed pouch by folding the edges over and squeezing together tightly so it will hold liquid.

Default Re: bbq reviews

Tomorrow I am going to make bbq chicken for the first time. I'm not sure this will work, but I want to leave the chicken whole ? I was going to cover it in bbq sauce and bake it in the oven. Will this turn out alright or is there another way I should do it? Should I just boil it first and have hubby put it on the grill? If I do bake it, how long does it take to bake a whole chicken and at what temperature? Thanks.
