Ej that kfc style chicken sounds delicious... will mention it to my personal chef (hubby lol)
I am loving my yoghurt each morning lately and Craig is also.... 2 things i never thought Craig would eat... yoghurt and vegies... now he loves both ![]() Yes i think there will be another challenge after this one... i might set up it on 20th if nobody has done one already by then ![]()

Sounds good Booboo....I know what you mean about the yoghurt, when I first started I was like "yuck" this can't be right....it seemed way too tart.
But taste buds change once they start to enjoy not being constantly bombarded with sugar all the time, so things that tasted bitter or not sweet enough actually become good as gold. I actually make my yoghurt (naughty of me) my yoghurt I make fits the guidelines and I lose fine with it. It was recommended by my initial consultant who was great and then just after I started she left...not everyone agrees with homemade Easiyo stuff. I have two makers now...so I can have two on the go if necessary...we plough through the stuff here. it can be used for anything and everything....ok yoghurt plug over now! LOL! |

Good job Ej on making your own yoghurt, we have the Easiyo maker too... never thought of making our own..lol
We use the Yoplait Greek unsweetened yoghut, its delicious ![]() Craig is out of the deviation free too... he told me yesterday he had a handfull of potato chips on Friday... nawty nawty i told him lol I am going strong through and this challenge is on my mind always!!

Hi Ladies, I've been pretty busy, but wondering how you're going.
I also have fallen - too many crackers when I wasn't concentrating on what I was doing...! So I'm out, Dezzy is out, and Wonder was in then out! Maybe we've been dancing 'you put you left foot in you take your left foot out..." haha funny...not. Anyway, there is always next week - from 22 April to 5 May. Im out too, had gastro on monday and didnt eat meals just nibbled on uncounted crackers. Next time though!!
