Update: Monday 2nd August
Current Weight: 61.0 Loss for previous ?? Days: 0.00kg ![]() Left to goal (52kg): 9.0kg So, no loss for me this week - there could be various reasons for it - outlined in my diary. Here's to a better weigh in next Monday! |

Haven't done well this week, with deviations on the weekend I out on 400gms.

Update...
weight on 4/9...66.1kg Loss for week 4....0.5kg 10.1kg to goal (56kg). Could have been better. Tom due any minute almost...going by usual patterns, next week should be a far better loss..and get me under the 10 to go barrier....and hopefully under the .3 on the BMI scale to get me back into. The normal range.

Start weight 74.1
Week 1 - 72.5kg loss 1.6kg Week 2 - 72.0kg loss 500g Total loss 2.1kg over 2 weeks. Not too bad I guess, what with being sick and on antibiotics. 4kg to go before I can order refeed!!! |

Ahem! Well, that didn't last long!
I felt so amazing last night and even saw a bit of skinny in the mirror so this morning I took the plunge and hopped on the scales... W6D2 weigh (7days since last weigh)...0.9kg loss Total loss...5.6kg New "to go" amount 9.2kg IN NORMAL BMI RANGE AGAIN... Phew! *wipes brow* Total cm loss 42cm AND, I discovered yesterday that I can pull my work pants up without undoing the zipper and they are now completely comfortable! Yay. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Aww man! Pesky kg still there
![]() Start weight 74.1 last weight 72.0 this weeks weight 71.6 - 400g Total loss for 3 weeks 2.5. Not the best loss and 5.6 to go. Might have to change things up a bit. |

Weigh in day today, some days I'm finding I'm really focused then other days I'm not and deviate. I've set reminders on my phone to go off at different times during the day to remind myself to stay on track. So they will go off everyday. I'm hoping it will keep me focused on days I'm having trouble.
This weeks weight is 62.8 so 800gm down from last week. |

Good work S_lilstar! I hope you can stay on track for your last few kilos - getting close now. I hope your reminder works, some people can get right back into it after a deviation, but with others, once you deviate, you can mess up your blood sugar and hormones and set off cravings that can make it really easy to deviate again.
Best to try to stay 100% for just a bit longer, and then refeed will be giving you your "deviation" treat every day! Keep on at it! I will be happy if I manage another 800gm - things are moving very slowly for me at the moment. |
