I'm joining in, i'm going to make this my 6 week challenge! We had a big bad weekend of eating (well for me lol) - and i'm feeling yucky heavy and bloated this morning. Thank you!! ![]() Do it do it!! You'll feel soooo much better when you see those scales move down! Last night, i was soooo hungry, I haven't been hungry like that in ages, i think i didn't make enough salad - usually I fill my bowl, but i used a much lighter lettuce yesterday and should have weighed it but didn't...boo hoo... So drank half a litre of water at about 10pm and that really helped! Expected to wake up starving, but I didn't! i've hopped on the scales and i'm happy to see it go down - i tend to lose all the weight in the first 3 days of the week, so i'll try and not hop on any more after today ![]() Hows everyone else going?? |
