Start 91kg on 5 December 2009 Started Maintenance 64.3kg on 15 July 2010
Goal to be under 3kg of maintenance start weight on the 15th of every month
Maintenance mantra: Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!!

Started Cohen on 26/08/2013
Hubby promised a trip to Mauritius when I reach 70kg... (will be delayed due to possible refeed (me) and rehab (hubby))
Reached lowest estimate of Spring challenge 2013 of losing 15kg on 6 November 2013. Now aiming for higher estimate of 20kg lost before end of challenge... Made the 80's on 15/11/2013

we should drink lamoin water 4 to 5 time in day after that 1 month we can see the result.

Please click the red triangle in the top right hand corner of the posts and report the posts as Spam or if you see any advertising links or if there are links in the signatures ... or even if the post is just nonsense. Don't dignify the post by replying to the post, but please report it as spam.

Only by everybody reporting spam mail can we get on top of the problem

Admin and Mods can't read every post so please take a minute and click the red triangle

Help keep the Forum tidy and free from spam!

I had some results after just limiting wheat, gluten, soy, processed sugar and dairy from my diet.
I now eat mainly natural stuff.
It's just a diet change - i'm still too lazy for exercise - but so far i'm feeling great!

Please continue to report spammers

Even if you think the post may have some merit, if it really is just rubbish, or is promoting something non-Cohen's or has a click through link to some product, whether that be diet food, dresses or exercise, advertising is not allowed on the site

Not all moderators have edit powers on all the sub-forums, and not all moderators log in every day, but if you have reported a post and the sub-forum moderator agrees that it is spam or just rubbish, the post will be deleted in due course

Drink two tumblers of water on rising from the bed, and in a day drink at least three litres of it.

Avoid cream, ghee, sweets and fried food.

Take regular exercise sufficiently, so as to burn more calories of energy, than its intake.

Eating healthy food and exercise regularly. I think you can loose your weight.

I have been training myself with my personal training plan for more than 5 years.
I had a diet for both diabetic and fat people. Maybe you guys should start with healthy vegetable and fruits. Those are rich in protein, of course vegie-protein. It boosts your energy.

A kind of vegetable which gives high levels of protein is green bean. You can easily look for it in the supermarket nearby. I'm in love with green bean. In reality, green beans may provide instant relief from discomforts of diabetes. Besides, the rich-fiber contents of green bean make it very beneficial for vegan.

The journey of being a vegan as for me is amazing. I stop eating meat for a while and I realize it brings me so many health benefits.
