I forgot my lunch today and now i have to buy it.. has anyone got any cohens friendly ideas for me??... |

Tin of tuna and salad (cucumber, tomato and onion)
when I have been really stuck and had to buy in food court - chicken salad no dressing

If you are near a supermarket grab a bag of lettuce and some tuna. If you must go to a food court sumo salad would be the winner.

Not a huge fan of tuna, but salad is a goer... everywhere sells salad.. even maccas lol (promise i wont go there) |

my consultant advised that if you are stuck with no options a maccas plain chicken salad is probably the best thing, cos the size is about right, but you have to pick out the bits like cherry tomatoes etc..but i dont think I would want to tempt myself going into the restaurant! lol
