Default Best results - Will this work?

Hi All,

For lunch today I have my allowance of seafood (tuna) and for vegies I have my allowance of cucumber. Thats it...

Am I eating the this correctly? I know I can add some lettuce and onion and make a little salad but I didnt have time this morning so i just rushed and weighed some tuna and my cucumber.

Will this meal still cause me to loose weight based on the Cohens plan?

Hey Derf!

Yep, if your meal is comprised of foods that are listed on your programme, you will still lose weight. You don't have to mix it up if you don't want to. I've often have half a tomato and cucumber as my veg for lunch times and I've lost my weight!

You just have to make sure your tuna is in brine, not oil or mixed like lemon pepper etc. (hopefully you know that already).

Hey Derf

I do that all the time (well, first week back on restart).

Sometimes it's easier than cutting a little bit of this, and a little bit of that.
It can cut down on the shopping too, cos then you only have to buy a few veges.
