Default New to Forum not new to program

Hi guys, This forum looks great. I did the program in 2009. Lost 30kg in 8 months. In the last 2 years I put half of it back well (17kg) to be exact. Had under active thyroid problems, but that is sorted now, so doing it again. I had forgotten how wonderful it is. Great food, heaps to eat. But I would like to use chewing gum to keep me going in the five hour stretches. I can't see anything in the literature in the kit about it.
Anyone know if its a problem?

Welcome back to the program diayling, cant help you on the gum front, I don't have my plan on me and I don't eat gum, but Im pretty sure Ive heard others talk about.

Hey daiyling!

We can have gum... Not sure on which flavours exactly or where you are from... My plan says sugar free gum, no fruit flavours. So, I basically stick with extra sugar free peppermint, or spearmint (if I have too... so not my first choice!).

It should be in your program... Check near where it talks about 'extras' like soft drinks, sugar substitutes etc... It really should be in there. Or, ask your consultant
